A beautiful yellow-gold color with aromas of white honeysuckle, acacia flo- wers, apple blossoms and lemon zest on the nose. on the palate, flavors of Meyer lemon tart, ruby red grapefruit, lemon verbena, gooseberries, white strawberries, wet rocks, lemongrass, honeycomb, and d’anjou pear coupled with an excellent round mouthfeel and bright acidity with a long and persis- tent finish. This wine pairs well with shellfish dishes and all types of seafood as well as white meats and poultry. it will reward careful cellaring for 3 years or more.
